Dragon chicken recipe

Ingredients


1.200 gram  boneless chicken
2.spicy tomato ketchup
3.Black pepper
4.Red chili powder
5.Salt
6.Corn flour
7.Soy Sauce
8.Sugar
9.Egg
10.Cashew Nuts
11.Dry chilli
12.Chopped onions
13.Capsicum
14.Finely chopped garlic

Procedure to cook


1.Add 1 TSB black pepper in the chicken.
2.Add half TSB salt.
3.1 TSB Soy sauce.
4.Mix it well.
5.Break one egg into the mixture and add 2 TSB Corn flour in it.
6.Mix it very well and marignate for about 20 minutes.
7.Get a pan ready and heat the cooking oil.
8.Deep fry the chicken in the oil.
9.In another pan heat the oil and add garlic and dry chilly.
10.Add cashew nuts and fry.
11.Add chopped onions in it and fry it.
12.Add capsicum and fry it too.
13.Add 2 TSB  tomato ketchup and mix it.
14.Add little bit salt,black pepper and 1TSB red chilli powder.
15.Add 1TSB soy sauce 1TSB sugar and mix it well.
16.Add 1/2 cup water and heat it.
17.Now add fried chicken in it and cook for a while.
18.Now your dragon chicken is ready to serve.
